Administrative Law

Administrative law is the legal framework within the public administration, and this is the place where it's carried out. It comes from the need to design and implement an administration system available for public use that is in line with the law. This concept is comparable to the more conventional notion that justice is governed by law. Since administration involves exercising power in the executive section of the government. Administrative law has political as well as legal importance.
