Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an option for resolving disputes without litigating, for instance, mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. ADR methods are usually cost-effective and faster. They are being increasingly utilized in cases that could otherwise be prosecuted. This includes prominent divorce cases, labor disputes, and personal injury cases.
A few of the primary reasons parties may prefer ADR processes is that, in contrast to adversarial litigators, ADR procedures are usually cooperative and allow parties to understand the various perspectives. ADR also lets parties develop more imaginative solutions that courts could not legally be able to create.
