The term "corporate law" (also known as business law, enterprise law, or sometimes known as the law that governs companies) is the legal structure that regulates the rights, relationships, and behavior of individuals as well corporations, associations, and corporations. This covers the formation and governance of the funding process and even the demise of a business.
A legal business can be described as an association made up of artificial and natural persons, and it is legally incorporated under the existing laws of a nation.
