Information Technology Act, 2000 Judiciary Notes

Cybercrime is any type of criminal act that uses a computer networked device, or network. While the majority of cybercrimes are committed to earn money by cybercriminals. However, certain cybercrimes are committed against computers or devices to cause damage or disable. Some use networks or computers to distribute malware or images, or other types of material. Cybercriminals can do both for example, they can attack computers in order to infect them an infection on computers, which can then be spread to other computers and sometimes, entire networks.
