Infraction of laws by children is referred to as juvenile delinquency. Delinquency refers to an antisocial and criminal behavior that is committed by someone who is younger than of 18, which means, he has not reached the age of adulthood. The term "juvenile delinquency" is also used to refer to delinquency. Once a person is deemed to be an adult the behavior that is antisocial and criminal that he engages in can be considered an offense. So, we can conclude that juvenile delinquency is the juvenile and adolescent form of crime.
